Yes the shooter games are great online and its free. You dont have to pay 50 bucks a year to play it online. It also has some great games coming out. there is Warhawk it looks really good and it comes with a blue tooth headset. Unreal Tournament 2007 and there is another game i forgot the name of that you can camo flauge. I recommend the PS3. Also it comes with a Blu Ray Player. The graphics are about the same for now. the 360's have been having way too much problems. You can do a whole lot more with the PS3.

A. If you have the 60GB version you can connect it with wired or wireless with your Linksys. The 20GB can only connect by wired. You should have both your ps3 and pc on at the same time to setup the wireless. It will help with the trouble shooting. Get all the info like SSID, password, what type of encryption --wep or wpa-- from your router before setting up the ps3. The best way is by wired ethernet cable because its more reliable and faster than wireless but it may not be possible for some people.

A. I had a similar problem with my Motorola, and it not being found/connected. Not sure if this will work in your situation. But after it is on or paired with the system, you then go to Settings on the XMB and select Chat Settings. Then choose your headset as the default, because nothing is set to default at first. Then go into the Register Bluetooth Device section, and search for yours. It should connect, and when you go back into Chat Settings, you should be able to hear yourself talking.

Unreal Tournament 2007 and there is another game i forgot the name of that you can camo flauge. I recommend the PS3. Also it comes with a Blu Ray Player. The graphics are about the same for now. the 360's have been having way too much problems. You can do a whole lot more with the PS3.

Are there many players online for Playstation 3?

Q. I originally wanted a PS3 knowing that the hardware was much better, but opted for the Xbox 360 because of a larger online community.

What I want to know is the games that they do have online capability for, on the Playstation 3, are there many players online daily?

On Xbox 360, any of the semi-popular games, there are atleast 50 players online at any given time. Usually atleast 100 for the poular games. Is this the same on the PS3?

Im especially asking about the shooter games.

A. Yes there is a good amount of people online now days. Call of duty 3 has ussually 100 atleast at a time. Madden has a whole lot. the only trouble for online is with my nascar 08 game for it. Just about any shooter game or sports game has online for it. It tells you on the back of the box if it has online. Go for the PS3. Make sure you buy it at like a store that takes things back. Yes the shooter games are great online and its free. You dont have to pay 50 bucks a year to play it online. It also has some great games coming out. there is Warhawk it looks really good and it comes with a blue tooth headset. Q. I recently bought a Bluetooth headset for my Playstation 3 so I can use it for online play. I am having trouble getting the headset set up. I turned the bluetooth on fully charged and tried to have the PS3 system to recognize the the bluetooth but no luck..this is the second bluetooth that I have tried out and nothing is happening. A. Most new headsets work, I've never had this problem. I advise you to buy the game Warhawk on Blu-Ray, it comes bundled with a Jabra Bluetooth headset for $60.

Unfortunately through hours of playing the new levels since yesterday and not once have I been able to join a game in the Killhouse map. Anyone else having this problem??? How do you connect the jawbone bluetooth headset to the PlayStation 3?

Q. I seem to be having trouble with connecting the Jawbone to my playstation 3. Can anyone tell me how?

A. I had a similar problem with my Motorola, and it not being found/connected. Not sure if this will work in your situation. But after it is on or paired with the system, you then go to Settings on the XMB and select Chat Settings. Then choose your headset as the default, because nothing is set to default at first. Then go into the Register Bluetooth Device section, and search for yours. It should connect, and when you go back into Chat Settings, you should be able to hear yourself talking.

Q. Does the sony playstation 3 need the ethernet cable or can i connect wirelessly? Using the linksys wireless router.

A. If you have the 60GB version you can connect it with wired or wireless with your Linksys. The 20GB can only connect by wired. You should have both your ps3 and pc on at the same time to setup the wireless. It will help with the trouble shooting. Get all the info like SSID, password, what type of encryption --wep or wpa-- from your router before setting up the ps3. The best way is by wired ethernet cable because its more reliable and faster than wireless but it may not be possible for some people.
